1. Who We Are

PRANKD ("we", "us") operates prankd.lol. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: your email address when you sign up.

Uploaded images: photos you upload to generate pranks. These are stored temporarily to process your request and deliver the output.

Prompts: the text descriptions you enter when generating content.

Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never your card details.

Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

To generate and deliver your prank images
To manage your account, credits, and subscription
To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
To detect and prevent abuse or fraud
To improve the Service (aggregated, anonymized analytics only)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following providers to operate the Service:

Supabase — database and file storage (EU/US infrastructure)
Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
fal.ai — AI image generation (images are processed transiently and not retained beyond generation)
Vercel — hosting and edge network

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

Generated images are stored for 30 days from creation, then automatically deleted. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and up to 30 days after deletion. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@prankd.lol and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: session authentication cookies managed by Supabase. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

PRANKD is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
