Terms of Service

By accessing or using PRANKD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use PRANKD. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms on your behalf.

PRANKD is an AI-powered image editing tool that lets users transform uploaded photos for entertainment and prank purposes. You upload an image, describe an edit, and our AI generates a modified version for personal, non-commercial sharing.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant PRANKD a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to use any image you upload. Do not upload photos of people without their knowledge if the edit could be harmful, harassing, or defamatory.

You may not use PRANKD to:

• Generate content depicting minors in a sexual or harmful context
• Create material intended to harass, stalk, or threaten any person
• Produce deepfakes of real people without clear satirical or consensual intent
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Circumvent credit limits or access controls

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

PRANKD offers monthly subscription plans. Credits reset on your billing anniversary date. Unused credits do not roll over. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only for unused billing periods.

AI-generated outputs are provided to you for personal use. PRANKD does not claim ownership of your outputs. We retain all rights to the PRANKD platform, brand, and underlying technology.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PRANKD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRANKD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
